Summer in Skaneateles: Lake Days, Festivals and Things to Do
Summer is when Skaneateles Lake shows off: turquoise shallows, sailboats off the village pier and long evenings that end in sunsets. From late May through September the renters dock is in, the kayaks are ready and the village calendar is full.

Summer at the Cottage
Spend mornings paddling glassy water, afternoons swimming off the renters dock and evenings at the grill and fire pit. The dock is typically in from around Memorial Day to early October. See Lake Vacations for the full waterfront setup.
